Hotel De Luna Update (Patreon)

I hear folks asking about Hotel De Luna... When? The answer is always... ASAP! Haha, don’t you just love it? Okay, in all seriousness, there are three main factors I’m working against:

• The run time of Mouse.

• Hotel De Luna episodes are back to longer lengths compared to the 60-minute episodes of While You Were Sleeping, Descendants of the Sun (DOTS), and W: Two Worlds, which allowed us to hit 6 uploads a week.

• We’re also committed to Vox Machina, which releases 3 episodes a week, and I took on the Western live-action show, The Penguin, thinking I could cover it all... but I overestimated my available time slots.

Regarding The Penguin, 5 out of 8 episodes have already aired. Vox Machina has one more week left, and we also have to cover Arcane around November 6th or 9th, plus Cobra Kai dropping on November 15th.

Either way, my wife and I are bringing No Gain, No Love, and we’re aiming to tackle the show we discussed in the Patreon chat ASAP. So, you're still getting 6+ uploads a week! But, I know everyone wants their favorite show covered now, and I totally get that. I’m considering a couple of options:

• (3 episodes of W: Two Worlds, 2 of Mouse, and 2 of No Gain, No Love)

• Or (2 episodes of W: Two Worlds, 2 of Mouse, and 3 of No Gain, No Love)

We’ll swap W: Two Worlds with Hotel De Luna once it’s finished.

I also want to know how important it is for you that the Trio covers three K-dramas at once if my wife and I are also doing K-drama reactions. I realize many of you are more accustomed to or prefer the Trio’s style, and I respect that. Either way, I hope you understand that it’s easier to post multiple 1-hour shows than multiple 75-80 minute shows. Those extra 10-20 minutes really make a difference, sometimes bringing our recording schedule down to the wire.

Now... if you want ZERO discussion, that’s easy! 😂 We can just watch Hotel De Luna, say nothing, and it would take the same amount of time as a While You Were Sleeping episode with discussion. But for Mouse, we have to talk it out—none of us can make sense of it without the group’s insights. Honestly, even if I wanted to, I couldn’t shorten a Mouse discussion! 😂

FINALLY....My wife and I considering Judge From Hell..its not set in stone...I'm looking for something with some spice in it, gotta pull at my emotions, anxiety a bit more...Love Next Door did that, No Gain did not at episode 5...i want a bit more toxicity in the show for me.

Currently the Female Lead of No gain No Love..makes TOO MUCH sense lol..She's perfect and The ML......no L's lol...ha ha..too much of a good thing is sometimes bad if that makes sense...we will see.

that being said...my wife LOVES it, cuz she doesn't like toxicity...cuz..shes already......erm um..nvm.
