They did a really good job on the design of that house. the LN went into a lot of detail on its design and appearance, and they portrayed it on screen nearly perfectly.

Spoiler free Zanoba recap (all information covered in S1 and S2) Bro is a blessed child- Blessed with inhuman strength and durability Bro has a super small mana pool, can barely do magic (this is why they had to get Julie for the figure making) Bro is only at magic school because of the events of S1 Thats all I can say without risking any LN spoilers, because I have no clue what the anime will cover in the future via flashbacks or whatever. As a LN reader I was really surprised on how big the house actually is. I knew it was supposed to be big but I never imagined it was a Konosuba mansion lol As far as marriage stuff goes, gonna keep my lips shut on that one. Anime might skip it, or it might explain it in better detail in the next episode. However, the gist of it is, if you wanna get married you gotta own a house first, as shown in this episode lol

It may seam like a rushed decision to propose, buy a house and then jump right to the wedding reception (as the next episode title spoiled). But keep in mind, This story has decent time skips between each minor arc or event. From the watchers perspective, it only seams like it may have been a few days. but he did spend a few weeks or even months fixing up that house before he showed it to Sylphy. and a wedding reception on its own takes time to get invites out and all that scheduling. so story wise, from proposal to reception was a bit of time. I means, its still kinda fast in real world standards... I guess.
