The Ponytail physics works independent of the hair physics itself! each move on their own.

Depends on what you mean by that, bigger breasts and thighs? clothing mods. Height/Overall Size? BCS Scaling Mods try looking for height mods for that, although if you don't wanna so some more complex install stuff you will need a clean CAC folder

The body shape itself is clothing mods, bigger breasts, different shaped legs, etc. The size of the character is another kind of mod, the games uses a system to scale the models in-game for different sizes and things like that! For bigger breasts you an use can use my clothing, i personally made my breast models using xenoverse, DoA and hand made assets! :) i constantly use them, my clothing also have bigger legs usually. And for the height there is some mods for that on the main modding site, i recommend looking for BCS Height mods there!
