What an absolute shit of an episode. Lazy. Been with yall for a long time. Recent patreon member but always supported yall through the, now defunct stitcher premium from the get go. My point is this was not funny. After watching the recent 'cousin' ep where Carl goes on a boring 40 min to the question how many cars gave you had in life, then this ep -- height bs, Carl not intruding himself so then he gets some kinda chip on his shoulder? Jake not saying a thing until the show touches the realm of politicians, just watching YouTube vids? This is entertainment? This is why I pay the big subscription? For 'bonus' episodes like this? Pff. June is coming up, too late to do another 'try' month? How about try going forward. Here's carl looking bored af and looking out the window every two seconds. This ep was particularly disappointing bc they're all entertainers but all of them all of a sudden forgot for how to entertain. 'Bully' Amir? That was the joke of the ep? If so, lazy. Or not done well at all on this one. And now I definitely want to pay 25 bucks to get travoltized, off. Miss me with that. Direction doesn't change soon, miss me with this whole patreon. Be better.

I think you need to take a step back and reevaluate how you went about this, because this really ain’t it hombre – if you don’t like what you’re paying for, either don’t pay for it or explain what about the product is disappointing to you in a way that doesn’t come off as a tantrum. I kind of get where you’re coming from with this, but honestly you’re throwing out a lot of assumptions that a) may have nothing to do with the hosts/guests commitment to the podcast (the new hh ep really got back into its premise bag and I loved it, and ever cchc episode is so much fun to listen to, so I think you’re going too hard on just one episode) and b) May have to do with just the general structure of the show, including the logistics of having everyone livestream themselves from their own home set ups (which I guarantee are all different from each other, especially having two guests, and are not as ideal as having an actual studio to record from). I mean, what you took as Carl looking out the window I thought he was looking at his computer, which is my own assumption, but I guess I’m choosing to trust people who I’ve trusted for years as entertainers to care about their audience. Maybe he’s giving space for the Sean and Amir banter (like everyone else was doing). Honestly, just take a step back, and if you have actual complaints or concerns that you feel entitled to as a consumer, just dm the show instead of airing all this out without taking a step back to write out what you want and how you feel concisely and respectfully, because right now you just coming off as self-entitled. I’m not much of a ‘discourse participant,’ but come on – you paying some money every month doesn’t suddenly mean you’re entitled to berating and belittling people. Your money does not give you ownership, it makes you a patron – a word signifying that you provide support to artists whom you support and enjoy. If you want something else with your money, you should probably just look elsewhere.

People talking about the original post saying he doesnt get the show, Sean was aggressive with amir like he always is, the height thing was cringe cause Sean actually seemed to cared while Amir cares about comedy, Ive never once heard Amir brag about how he is stronger then his "comedy Writer" Friends.
