Since i started exercising everyday ( now 5 hours a day ) , i thought my sleep would get better ( concerning breathing , it did 100% ) , but my actual sleep time got even worse , i got myself a smart band for cheap that have a sensor for a lot of things , but sleep wise , i barely get 5 hours of sleep , and i take 1 to 2 hours to be able to sleep.

It's the one thing i never managed to change for the better despite trying my best. Well to be honnest , i don't have to complain about lack of sleep effects , and i don't feel tired , maybe i'm just build like that 🤔

Take long walks once a day, drink Kefir before your dinner, start lowering or paying attention to your carbohydrate and sugar intake in meals, and most importantly, try to do intermittent fasting (no snacks in between meals). I did all of these and I sleep like a baby most nights now.
