Time to redo some stuff (Patreon)

The content for R41 is done, and it only needs testing which will happen tomorrow.

Since I have a few days still before the end of this month (+ the days needed to update the walkthrough and game design document), I have decided to use this opportunity to redo some sprites, most likely only Clementine will get an overhaul in R41, but more will happen in future.

The main difference is the addition of Clementine's iconic medals, but the quality of the sprite and shadows has been improved as well.
