The End of an Empire (Patreon)

I've been bedridden with the plague these past 4 days and today I was going stircrazy as hell. I'm still not well enough to be up and about though so my mind has sort of been feverishly wandering. I got a ton of writing though. In fact, I got a bit of inspiration and decided to try some mega macro fun. 

To be honest, macro isn't something I do often, especially one as overtly violent as this, but I have been on the micro train so much lately I wanted to try the extreme opposite end of the spectrum and it was an interesting experiment. I definitely had some fun with it. I was intentionally a bit playful with the region names. The first few paragraphs are rife with homage and blatant references. 

I posted a bit today, huh? And I still have some more stuff I want to clean up and post tomorrow. One of the benefits of not being able to do anything other than sit around at home is I get a lot of writing done.
