I was hoping to have this done before last night, but I wasn't satisfied with it and wanted to go back and fix some parts of it. So here's the slightly belated January update. 

Russel, a small, shrimpy dude, sets out to begin his fitness journey. Fortunately, he has an ace in the hole so to speak. His buddy had gifted him a set of gym clothes to wear while working out. Although given his scrawny physique, the "Loading Muscles..." written on the front of his new shirt seems to be more of a slap in the face than a sign of encouragement... for now, anyway
