A little context on a few things you were confused about One Aki had a contract with the fox devil and also with the curse devil. The sword was actually a nail. If you remember in episode 6 I believe when they first got trapped in the hotel he said he was going to use his sword and himeno stop them and told denji that under no circumstance should Aki use his sword because it would take many years off his life. Every time it was counting was basically self-destructing Aki inside kind of a last resort thing. Second thing the reason himeno disappeared is because she told the ghost. I'll give you everything I have if you give me everything You've got basically sacrificing herself to save Aki The Ghost was only a hand because of the contract she's made with it taking her eye but to use the full power of the ghost. She gave her entire body that's why while it's fighting, she's slowly vanishing because it was part of the contract she just signed. This episode was wild. I'm so glad you finally got to see it. Your reaction was exactly what I expected. I cannot wait for Tuesday!

Denji is very much 16 lol. Also Himeno didn't die because the Ghost Devil died. If you remember back when Himeno first showed the Ghost Devil she said she exchanged her right eye to use the Ghost Devil's arm (like Aki sacrificed some skin to call on the Fox Devil the first time). So when Himeno said she would give all of herself to use all of the Ghost Devil she was sacrificing her entire body and thus her life. Also I love the shirt!! 🔥🔥🔥
