FITNESS 59- Allenamento Braccia con pesetti (Patreon)

Ciao Patreon, come state?

in questa domenica pomeriggio stiamo insieme per fare un pò di ginnastica perchè mancava questo appuntamento da un pò ( anche se io come sapete la mattina vado comunque in palestra).

Certo come potete vedere, la casa non è nel suo splendore ed alcune decorazioni di Halloween fanno ancora capolino ( Fuzzy mi aiuta nella ginnastica!)

Non ho avuto molto tempo a sistemare casa, e poi a dirla tutta, mi sento ancora un pò in estate dove la libertà  nel vestire regna sovrana.

Purtroppo, però, durerà ancora poco e le calze come i maglioni ormai sono pronti nel cassetto.

Ma adesso non pensiamoci  e sudiamo insieme e facciamo questi  piccoli esercizi che possano servire anche per chi gioca a tennis, come abbiamo raccontato nella nostra diretta del venerdi.

Siete pronti? Ricardatevi però che voglio vedere i risultati.

Hi Patreon, how are you?

on this Sunday afternoon we are together to do some gymnastics because this appointment has been missing for a while (even though, as you know, I still go to the gym in the morning).

Of course, as you can see, the house is not in its splendor and some Halloween decorations are still visible (Fuzzy helps me with my gymnastics!)

I haven't had much time to tidy up the house, and to be honest, I still feel a bit like summer where freedom in dressing reigns supreme.

Unfortunately, however, it won't last much longer and the socks and sweaters are now ready in the drawer.

But now let's not think about it and let's sweat together and do these little exercises that can also be useful for those who play tennis, as we talked about in our live broadcast on Friday.

You are ready? But remember that I want to see results.
