FITNESS Session 58 OUTDOOR Walking & Gym (Patreon)

Buongiorno miei patreon,

ecco finalmente che vi porto a visitare  il paese di Cap d'Agde in questo autunno caldo ed anomalo.

Una sveglia mattutina con una bella camminata e qualche esercizio di ginnastica, che oramai da 3 settimane pratico in palestra.

Sicuramente una bella location riuscire a fare ginnastica in un prato verde, oppure in questa bella spiaggia di sabbia nera vulcanica: "La grande conca" di Cap d' Agde.

GRANDE CUCULO vi aspetto domani per vivere con me questa mattina tra cammino e ginnastica.

Good morning my patreons,

here I am finally taking you to visit the town of Cap d'Agde in this warm and anomalous autumn.

A morning wake-up call with a nice walk and some gymnastics exercises, which I have been practicing in the gym for 3 weeks now.

Definitely a beautiful location to be able to do gymnastics in a green lawn, or on this beautiful beach of black volcanic sand: "The large basin" of Cap d'Agde.

GRANDE CUCULO  I'll wait for you tomorrow to live with me this morning between walking and gymnastics.
