COOCKING: Mom SALADE (Patreon)

Ciao Patreon, buon lunedi!

Dopo il mio week end molto movimentato, prima di andare al lavoro devo pensare al pranzo e sicuramente staremo leggeri con un pò di insalata dato che tra sabato sera con amici a cena e domenica per finire gli avanzi, abbiamo stramangiato!

E cosi nella mia cucina, mentre lavo l'insalata, voglio farvi vedere che niente si butta ma si può riciclare tutto e riavere un bel cespo di insalata...si certo forse dovrò aspettare ancora un pò prima di mangiarla ma volete mettere la bellezza e la soddisfazione di essere riuscita a coltivare qualcosa e per di più senza piantare niente e senza avere un orto?

Bene vi invito a seguire come fare tutto ciò in pochissime mosse...perchè anche se" nulla si crea e nulla si distrugge" io non ho distrutto ma creato!

Appuntamento domani mattina ore 9,30 su youtube per parlare di musica e poi

 domani pomeriggio con il gioco destinato all'Outfit per questo venerdi sera. 

Chi sarà il vincitore nella scelta del mio outfit? Per saperlo non vi resta che giocare con me!

Hello Patreon, happy monday!

After my very busy weekend, before going to work I have to think about lunch and we will certainly be light with some salad since between Saturday evening with friends for dinner and Sunday to finish the leftovers, we ate!

And so in my kitchen, while I wash the salad, I want to show you that nothing is thrown away but you can recycle everything and get back a nice head of salad ... yes of course maybe I will have to wait a little longer before eating it but you want to put beauty and the satisfaction of being able to cultivate something and moreover without planting anything and without having a vegetable garden?

Well I invite you to follow how to do all this in very few steps ... because even if "nothing is created and nothing is destroyed" I have not destroyed but created!
