Hey guys, as promised, we've got a new animation from the Blender team! The animator here was Meiif with some very light tweaking from both Miro and James who also created the video edit. The audio was done by the lovely Marie and Akuji

We really enjoy the lighting and general mood in this one and had a lot of fun playing around with the lights as well as the cyberpunk/sci-fi theme. 

This time around, in response to popular demand on our previous animation, we've created both Stereo HD and Stereo versions for the audio tracks (with and without music), so there's something for everyone.

I like it. Interesting choice with the skin and lighting but it's cool in a way. Would have liked to see a POV of Cerene looking that the cinematic on the tv fully but that's a nit pick. Also, it would have been nice, at least in my eyes, to have the skin effect even stronger on Clarice's ass so that you see more of the cock entering Clarice's ass. I think there is a hint of of from Cerene's POV when she looks down. Some feedback though: it's most noticable when Cerene thrusts forward but on her left leg, it doesn't appear to be probably connected to her thigh/knee giving her an almost prosthetic like leg from the knee down. Everyone is different so it doesn't take away much from the video but it could bother others so might be a good thing to look into addressing if there will be further versions of this. You can see the issue in the WIP image as well that was shown last week.

Aye this was great overall, few things I'd personally change yet that's pointless speaking on, however what is there was neat... yet another step in the right direction, good shit :)

This is by far the best Blender stuff I've seen from you guys. Would have preferred to have two Affect3d models, but still GG. I could have done without the skin glow, but I guess it helped with lighting the 'contact' area since the scene is pretty dark to begin with. Love to see the pussy actually interact with the shaft for a change. A lot of the Blender stuff felt like there was just thrusting through a immobile hole.

Total animation is both great both of movement and audio. But it makes it better (in the next animation or blood crown part2) you could use that shiny skin effect when time should be. Like beginning with normal skin then when Cerene or any magic-user starts to do more rough their skin begins to shine a little at her belly or chest. After a few more hits, that light effect expands to the lower part and her dick every time she slams. Once it's time to cum, that would be perfect to move that light from her body or be more specific, her dick, to her mate from pussy to the whole butt. Each time when cum flow into mate (with or without seeing cum) Cerene lookup as she does in BL:RD. Brighter light goes in each time she slams the butt and slowly drips after 7-8 touches. For the easter egg, not sure that it's on the monitor or something it's of the same video update from 2020 (year and quarter ago). I may be expecting too much for something new in there. Anyway, Cerene got her new braid in part2? the last update that year ago she still got her usual haircut.

Not bad at all. Could use a little more "impact" visually, to match the audio. But it's the best animation we've seen in a while. Curious to know exactly what it was that Miro and James tweeked before releasing it.

Just something I am noticing with blender (and I am just a fan & don't know much about 3d animation). I am just noticing it adds more to the environment/background, and I prefer the was the models used to look & move. This is probably far from done, and hope Blender has a long way to go, but the animations do seem different & not in a better way. Backgrounds look better, but those don't bring me to Miro's content.

Hey Ryupyroa, there was some clipping we fixed up, we also set up a few more angles the animator hadn't animated specifically for so we had to tweak the rigs and animation a little. And then we played around with some of the lighting settings too + added a handshake effect to the cameras. James

Hi, we'll keep that in mind Dorio. But the light effect in this animation was more to do with the sci-fi setting than anything else. The Trailer is indeed the tease we released initially. As for Cerene's hair, it's slightly different as this is the Blender version we had to recreate as opposed to the old Maya version. Thanks. James

Hey there, so as Blender uses a completely different render engine than Maya (in this case Eevee as opposed to Maya's redshift), it's always going to look a little different. But we are aiming to make it as similar as possible for BC pt2, even better of course :) James

Regarding Cerene's hair is this the official version for her in Blender or is this the closest substitute you found while replicating her Maya look?

Marie here. Just a note on the audio -- Please take the label "stereo HD" with a grain of salt, as I'm still experimenting with workflows that will allow us to layer more sound without crowding the track (also I think, listening to it now, I need to bump the levels on the HD tracks a bit because the final mixdown has come out a bit quiet in areas). Have done a lot of research in the past week regarding true surround sound mixing and virtual surround sound, as well as digging into more compression, equalizing, etc. I'm finding that a lot of the desired effects in mixing (like enhancing voice, removing certain characteristics of a recording like breath) don't necessarily align with the goals we have for creating sexual content. There's certainly a lot of choices that could be made in terms of the style and genre of the audio content we create, and then even if we decide on x or y we'll need to see what's possible with our equipment, software, and knowledge. Also exploring different file formats that could offer more options (rather than 4 different files) but there could be codec compatibility issues there for some users, and also some users might never even be able to utilize other tracks if they don't know they're there. Anyway, the blender clips will provided us a lot of room to experiment before we start mixing Blood Crown so we'll continue to find stuff that works for us. -Marie

Hi, we are still working on her overall look. This might end up being her final hair as we like the look but it could also change depending for example on if we decide to switch to blender dynamics rather than mesh hair. James

To my ears, on my computer's speakers, the volume levels for everything in this (music and no music) had me checking to verify if the mute was on. The final sound levels on this are just really really quiet, to the point where the lack of volume is reducing the intensity of what I'm watching. The lack of volume creates a sense of ... distance ... from the action, like it's happening 100 meters away from the camera because it's so quiet. Additionally, the music really isn't adding anything of value to this clip, unlike AA28 or the AS06 series where the music is very nearly "a third lover" inside the scene participating in the sex act being shown. This was true for me both with and without HD.

Frame 230-400 Camera SIDE.001 I'm seeing a really glaring blowout/moire pattern on Clarice's left buttock. This seemingly repeats in Frames 690-790 Camera SIDE.001 at the end of the video. The interplay of light on butt flesh looks weirdly pixelated rather than smooth(ed) on my screen. James, can you shed some insight on how that could have happened? Is it an artifact that only appears on my screen, or is it something else other people are seeing too?

actually like the glowing ass effect, might use it again in combo with showing the dick outline more, so like a half xray, but far more sexy than the awful, awful Japanese surgical cut version

yes, I think the glow ass could be useful to show the dick outline, we'll try that again didn't actually notice the leg issue so much

Again I think it's mostly your screen but if you mean the contrast between the dark patches and light that's just the internal light shining through the vertices. To fully get rid of that you'd need to up the subdivision count by a lot which would make the render time ridiculously long (or make the light not internal and constant and defeats the purpose here). Again this is a stylistic choice we made for this animation. James

So an animating pixel patch isn't enough of a problem to do something about? I would point out that the issue was only present when the camera angle was "unhelpful" in combination with the lighting that was being used creating the problem. When you didn't have excessive skin glow, the issue wasn't there ... but when you did have excessive skin glow, it was there. All I'm saying that that the effect I pointed out isn't something you want to keep allowing to repeat. If anything, I'd like to you to tell us that you know WHY that happened and that you know how to avoid the combination that makes it happen going forward so that doesn't recur. But in order to fix a problem, there needs to be an admission that there is a problem at all.

The best animation you did im Blender so far. Looks like all the work you put into this is worth it. Next improvement would be some wetness or fluids on the private parts. Thx for this I keep waiting to Cerene getting nailed again in this quality.

There's some file nonsense that appears at the top left at least in the no music stereo HD file I downloaded. It has someone's first name in it so I'm guessing that's unintentional.

that is the metadata we leave on all blender animations for now as a means to better track the frames. We've left it intentionally on all animations/versions. James

there's still going to be a good amount of variation in the quality for a while as we do more tests, I think it's ok in showing some of the evolution that happens, but eventually we'll settle on the best and yes, we'll get to fluid tests soon, in the meantime there's another jiggle test coming sometime this month
