I get why Klaus has blamed Katherine for ruining his ritual by becoming a vampire, all those centuries ago. BUT... once he completed the ritual to unlock his hybrid-ness by 'killing' Elena... the truth finally came out. Which was that it was a trick that his mother planned on... that it would unlock his hybrid-ness, but a dead doppelganger meant that there could be no siring other hybrids. So, you'd think Klaus might now realize that Katherine's running... is what led him to the Elena loophole that kept his hybrid siring dreams alive. (For awhile anyway.) If he'd killed Katerina in the ritual way back when... his mother's fail-safe would've stuck. But Klaus just can't let go and now see that Katherine actually did him a favor.
