Erika sprite collection (Patreon)

This is a new kind of post I'll be doing through the month of April, it'll show off all of the outfits so far for each character. Many of you might've seen early previous of Erika a long time ago, but this is a all in one collection! ^^

Erika is known for being a bit annoying in a sibling sense, dorky bookworm type. Who can at times be a bit cold and stay quiet around certain people. She's in the literature club as a member and also Brandon's long lost, reunited little sister.

When designing Erika, there was quite a lot for her actual visual design going on. Her personality more or less was the same, but it did try to lean on her being a bit boring in how she talks. Kind of a "I'm smart" trying to be straight and to the point, this I changed up a bit and she can still feel a bit smarter in a few different senses now. But not so much playing her off as a straight smart genus or something. Her 3d model isn't massively different to her final sprite, she did have short hair at one time for her 3d model before the game project. Then she received longer hair on the 3d model for the project and at the time I thought she was similar to Miki in the way that her 3d model is pretty spot on for how I envisioned her looking. Of course the jump from 3d model to her sketches, to current sprite aren't too massive. Then recently I felt that her hairstyle was still an issue and along with it, I decided to give her purple eyes instead. Which is where we stand currently, as her new changes should be seen as the final sprite for her.

I feel like for those of you who are following along for Erika, you might've recently seen a pretty nice spoiler in the last update. This will all continue to be expanded on further and deeper into her route. So I hope you Erika fans look forward to it! ^^

Erika's designs for clothing she enjoys to wear is meant to be kind of plain, cute but not overly cute. She is trying to be less like her old self from when she was younger, but of course we can see that side of her quite a bit at times. :P Same goes for her clothing.
