The anti-skill and tiny pink hair teacher show themself more in the original Index series and the sister that appeared in this episode is actually one of the main character of Index series and her name is Index.

Yeah basically every character in this episode is a character from A Certain Magical Index. It's one big cameo episode. In fact the small teacher was actually referencing an event from Index season 1 when she mentioned a student blowing the roof off her house.

Ya, but the relfected laser not only blew up the teacher house roof but also the satelite of the city which affect their super calculator(and the management of the city thinks they got attack lol), I remember there is a scene in Railgun that Misaka complaining about the weather forecast start giving false forecasting.
