Another great reaction guys! But, a couple things a lot of people seem to miss with this episode and the last; Tamaki was choked out by Rekka, then heavily beaten by him. The art style doesn't show it well enough except when she's on the ground and that crying scene but, Tamaki is really in no condition to fight at all. Hell even moving would be difficult for 15-20mins after.... She slowly regains her strength and willpower throughout. But Rekka himself appears to be on par or above a pro male heavyweight boxer or MMA fighter in strength, while Tamaki is a physically fit female teenager, on par with a young pro female athlete or gymnast... There's a huge gap in strength there and everyone in the heat of the moment wondering why she isn't getting up to fight Rekka is kinda missing what the anime is trying to convey. Put a 16-18yo female gymanst in a ring with Mayweather and it really wouldn't be pretty. Anime logic/anime power usually covers the gap, but this scene in particular is more gritty, intentionally. Also, not only that but she is mentally reeling from the reveal of Rekka's true nature, which was a big part of her life and character. Just saying. 🤷‍♂️ Also just because Huo Yan had his arm was sliced off, doesn't mean they can re attach it.. It wasn't a metal blade after all... It was pure fire. It's probably more akin to a plasma cutter slicing it off, the nerves would all be instantly killed off and the wound would be cauterised, which is why we didn't see any blood.. I guess?? TBH, these are all just guesses, as I'm an anime-only for this one. So i reserve the right to be proven very wrong in the future... But seems to fit what's shown better imo.
