I don't imagine the anime will cover this, because it's at least 4 years old at this point in the story and nobody is around who knows about it (and it was covered in the light novel a long, long time before this point), but Eris' dad was transported in the event. To give bonus points to Lycan's theory, he was holding her mom at the time, so they were transported together. To summarize, Eris' mom and dad were transported to a war zone, which is also where Sword King Ghislane ended up being transported to (not with them, but in the same general area). Ghislane eventually found their bodies in the war zone, made her way back to Roa in Asura, and helped the butler guy with the rebuilding process until Rudy and Eris showed back up.
