I think you just made a fire theory I never heard before. Now I think Weevil could be Queen's kid/clone, and she used surgery and gene editing to make him look like Newgate, hence his scars. This actually sounds gold. I checked and this is already a theory (which gives it credit). But at Weevil's birth (3 years after God Valley), Stussy was 41, Newgate was 39, while Queen and Judge were 21. Also, they all have blonde hair. There's a good chance he's just Whitebeard's son.
