Improved Memberships (Patreon)

Hi, due to a small increase in the price of the subscriptions due the conversion of Patreon and their taxes I've improved every membership.

Lovely Supporter: now can vote on polls.

Special Supporter: now can suggest characters or thematics for future polls, and suggestions might be reflected on regular images too. "More benefits might be added to this tier in the near future."

Remember that Patreon doesn't allow characters under 18, so be sure to check the age of the character before making a suggestion on the community tab enabled for "Special Supporter" tier.

The increase has been there for a few days already, and it has to be with how Patreon works, I haven't increased the price, it's all taxes.
