Unfortunately the end got cut off of this one, but it was basically "oh no pikachu's dead" etc. Still pretty good up to then, though!

In the original Japanese, they do use the term sommelier. Either the divers didn’t believe in its audience to know the term, or the Japanese translated it from French at which point the English dubbing missed the point leaving us with connoisseur. Also, why would Iris expect Ash to know the word bouquet as something other than a flower arrangement? I looked the word up and, while it does mean a collection of aromas, it’s in regard to alcohol. If anything, Ash is right to be baffled since the metaphor is so unusual regardless of his knowledge of the differing usages of the word.
