Gen 2 had a lot of craziness in the coding, both intentional and unintentional. Lest we forget, the Moon Ball, said to be really good at catching Pokemon that evolve via using that famous evolutionary stone, Burn Heal.

Wouldn't Jessie's cosplay make that a buggy? Ooh, that oughta be in the script! Also, while that episode wasn't much to write home about, I did like some of the writing in this one. The way Jessie said 'Must be Stun Spore...' cracks me up every time!
