This is kind of a sick day post since I got food poisoning halfway through the month, but it's also what I'm doing as a Halloween post on YT so you guys can still see it early.

Is this famous creepypasta really all that creepy?

Part of the appeal of Lost Silver IS its simplicity. The story isn't really about a haunted cartridge or a curse or a "AND THEN A SONIC PLUSH APPEARED AND KILLED ME!" kind of thing - the story is about a dude who bought a weird romhack cartridge of Pokemon Silver and found some creepy stuff in it - the mystery is kind of the appeal, the "Why would anyone do this?" Admittedly, there might have been more to the loop - it looked like there were other parts of the tower to explore than going right into the pillar where it reset. Although that part is original to this game version, since the original story doesn't have him try to say no. Also, you didn't keep checking your sprite, where the decay and whatnot occurred.
