Dunno why it only just occurred to me, ne the ending had the same problem as the last episode. "Informing people of our findings of this paleontological expedition would be beneficial to them and the pokemon, but we gotta keep it secret because that's just how we do things on the islands."

Quick question: Will there be a separate video where it's fully completed, or will there be an email update when the full episode is released and has replaced this one?

The Narrator is always a strange phenomenon. Did you know that in the Japanese version, he was also the voice of Professor Oak (until recently in SM for obvious reasons).

Eh, my head-canon was always that Ash was so traumatized by the events with the fossil Pokemon in the first season that he wiped it from his memory to continue functioning. Hence why no "Hey, I've seen those before!" for the Kabuto.
