Here's what we're dealing with....I just emailed a dude (Eric Breisler) at PhilaMOCA, a Philly "art" venue that hosts punk rock shows because I wanted to go to a show in a few months: Hello, I was looking to purchase tickets to an upcoming show at your venue, but when I went on your website I noticed it said proof of vaccination was required, even though Philadelphia has dropped the mandate.
