I finally had the time to catch up. I loved the episode and I loved your reaction to it bc we shared the same thoughts on it. We always talk about the great and admirable friendship they share but we tend to forget that they are workmates as well. Them performing on stage is a part of their job and I love that they are treating everything related to that as a job matter. When you work in a team you have to work with your resources. They managed to do that and everyone found their role based on their strength and they are all open to criticism...if it is conveyed in a proper manner. If you want to get further with a team you have to work together and to learn that criticism isn't meant for you to take personally. I think that BTS passed this point a long time ago. What Namjoon said was so important...mutual respect. You can't give and take criticism without mutual respect. If I compare it to my workplace...full of to be grown up people...I wish we would work like that as a team. I admire their drive, focus and understanding manner. I hope that I can manage to take some of their problem solving strategies into my team at work...
