You guys just witnessed the power of WIN ✊ WIN and M&M were sooo successful and such popular programs and that helped with the success of both group’s debut to be amazing and with overflowing popularity. Too bad that for both groups the momentum wasn’t kept and they had hiatuses not long after debut (both of them did but for different reasons) so the heat cooled down. They’re doing fine now but I wonder how it would’ve been if the momentum was kept

Yoon's Interview in this made him my favorite Member between both Teams. It also showed me that he was really the perfect choice as Team A's Leader. I think he might be the only Maknae Leader in Kpop but I could be wrong 😂

I like this episode.. seeing how they can get over on the bad experience from the previous battle makes me feel proud of them.. and with that masterpiece. Can’t wait for Mix & Match and YG treasure Box too~ it’ll be so cool to see how much YG trainees has evolved... imo from appearing as trainee themselves then becoming mentor for the next batch of trainees... and spoiler: Lee Hi and Akmu will be in next episode with fetus Bang Yedam (Yg Treasure Box) i am so excited!

this episode is less tense and more heart warming to see all of them enjoy each others company even tho they are competing against each other. Its the calm before the storm kind of episode. The last three episode (9-11) are my favourite parts to watch. I cried AGAIN when DongHyuk visited his father! 😭😭😭😭 I am glad that you are watching WIN at the same time as the Continue Tour, You can compare st away that their voices have improved and matured overtime. Like David said on Only You reaction. DongHyuk voice is amazing! BTW For Episode 10 its about 2 hour long. so either you divide it into 2 parts or watch it for the whole 2 hours with a whole lot of tissues! You know the person had some damn situations when they press Ctrl+S every 5 seconds...xD (by the way, a very useful habit to have!) Fun fact: once I spent few days working on my coursework (some electrical engineering laboratory report) and just as I was about to head to the exam to present it, I dropped the file to my usb drive then saved it wrong and...I ended up with a damn blank .doc with nothing but the title xDD That was a terrifying feeling! I just has to go and tell my professor that I somehow deleted my work right before the exam so here I was, woohoo :D Strange thing is that he believed me... (I probably had a really nervous look and the empty gaze of someone who lost the world) and I had to sprint to my groupmate's house near the uni (thankfully I had all the screenshotes I needed from the report with me) and I re-wrote the coursework in 1-2 hours and passed the exam xD But... yeah. Always save your stuff, kids. Always. And make back-ups :)

Well, it was "debut or disband" for the losing team (it was either disband or members changed but they probably used the disband option to make it more dramatic), and yes, team A got to debut as Winner and team B got to keep their original members and debut as well, but they weren't just "allowed to keep original members", they fought really hard as well and that was another tough journey that you're going to witness in Mix&Match (I hope you'll be reacting to it right after the WIN =)). So yeah. You could even tell that the second survival show for iKON was even more brutal than this one. Because here they would compete against their older friends team but in Mix&Match, being already close brothers through thick and thin, they had to compete against each other and lose each other in unfair battle and votings, and not everyone can imagine how hard it was. But they overcame everything. With the right mindset and more strong hearts and personalities. That's why nothing can bring iKON down now, not long hiatus, not haters, not so little promotions, nothing. Because they know that no matter what they just have to work hard, and work again, and get up from their knees if they fall, and support each one of their team, just never stop pushing and never stop believing. You learn a lot from these guys.

It's kind of ironic and quite fulfilling to see that the self composed song was the thing they were most concerned about, because now Hanbin is the only idol to win SongWriter of the Year at the MMAs. The stuff we have heard from him from this point onwards have all been gold and I love that. and i hope that you do react to the full episode 10 next week. i just feel that if it's split up, the experience might not be the same because that was a day full of emotions. watching this again with you guys, i realise again how young team b were and it breaks my heart all the same again knowing the outcome of this. donghyuk mentions that he really didn't want the line up to change if they were to lose. because that was the reality of the situation back then. yg was known to be super strict and filtered out the members he deemed unneccessary to trainee groups quite frequently. team b and especially hanbin fought so so hard to make that not happen during the process from win to the mix and match, the fact that all team b were present during mix and match was a miracle in itself when predebut stans saw the show premise. it's easy to take this sole fact for granted, and god knows how much these guys put in to make sure that each and every member (because as you guys assessed, not all members have shown their full potential yet) is kept and remained a member of the Team B that was so legendary back then, and now the iKON that we all love and enjoy now. THe reason why I enjoy M&M and want you guys to see it is because it just shows the reason why each and every member stayed, how June, DK, Song all develop into excellent steady vocals in the span of months. How Jinhwan proves again why he is the main vocal. How Bobby and B.I are excellent rappers and also how big a part B.I plays in the production side of things (something that is not covered 'well' in WIN). iKON is now iKON because they are fully self produced, their image, their song musicality are truly them because they are created by a member from their own team who knows the ins and outs of each and every single member, their strengths and weaknesses .

Sniff;; Loved seeing the interaction between Winner and iKON. So sweet! And so much stress for their age... Although we know now that Team B got to debut, but at that time, it was like please! please! please! please don't disband...!! I was rooting for Team A when WIN aired, but on the other hand I was thinking "no way, Team B is too good, the talent! they can't disband!...YG will be losing so much talent." I really think YG was thinking of disbanding the losing team (since YG ent. doesn't debut groups often), but then changed his mind during the show because of the popularity, talent, and growth he saw. Maybe my comment will fit better for later episodes, but already the feels... LOL...I think maybe it was better that Team A won, and became WINNER because I think if they lost, they really would have been disbanded, or not had a chance to debut... Team B on the other hand was able to improve and grow more after WIN. During WIN, I think we mostly saw BI, Bobby, and Jay shine, while the other members were still kind of in the shadows (which changes in M&M! =)). Anyways, can't wait for the next episode! I always cry on this episode. DK crying. My heart can’t take it. But about this whole show in general. Like you said. He planned to debut team a first then team b. I know this show serves as a good platform to show off your talent to the world but I also thing this also helped the destruction of YG family. Big Bang fans and 2NE1 fans still cheer for each other. A lot of inner circle(winner fans) and iKONICs still hate each other and will continue to hate each other. And Blinks (blackpink fans) hate almost every YG fandom mainly because of the lack of comebacks but that is not the yg artist fault. We can’t change the past but I still wish he debuted both groups another way. iKON and Winner have love for each other but a lot of the fans don’t. This makes me sad.

Hence, I always believe in iKON's ability and teamwork. Despite the ups and downs, I always remember hanbin words: “we've got more bullets to reload and there is no tree that won't fall if we hit it enough." So, hiatuses, little promotions, haters, and whatsoever are just background noise. I believe in them and their music. I've been with them since then, and it's really is a thrilling journey.

First of all.. I love the thumbnail! WinKon plus you guys~ that alone already made my day 😊 This episode always gives me mixed emotions... with team b's abs.. then Mino's lost song... then DK's moment with his Dad.. then WinKon moment at the end.. This makes you laugh so hard then cry like no one's business on the next second. So sad that this series is already reaching the end.. But i'm super excited as well for the upcoming reactions! Both leaders are great. Yoon shows how compassionate he is and Hanbin shows how strong he is as a leader. What seungyoon said was heartwarming but this ep also made me choose BI as the best leader. Because at the end of the day, BI tries to face reality for his team, he knows that he doesn’t have time to be sad, that’s why after WIN he said that kept on writing good songs because he knows that that’s the only way he can protect his team. He made sure that when his name rises to fame, and so his teammates’. What he might’ve said might be cold but that’s the mindset a leader should have. That’s why everyone in YG not only in iKON, recognizes BI’s leadership. During the MMA, when he was nominated as best song writer of the yr, he was just playing around while waiting for the result, because being recognized as a song writer (one man) is just like an icing on a cake for him. That’s not what he strongly desires, but while waiting for SOTY to be announced, you’ll see how tensed he was, because SOTY being recognized is iKON being recognized and I saw how much he wanted this for his team and it brought him to tears when LS was announced as SOTY. He could’ve chosen to work on his solo album first but again, that’s the last of his priorities, he should’ve released a solo last yr just like Jennie and Mino (when yg announced it last yr), but he was too busy making sure that iKON has a comeback. That people won’t forget iKON after LS. Only yg group who had multiple comebacks last yr. Even now, I think there’s a huge possibility that his solo will be pushed to next yr since after double b, they’ll be preparing for iKON’s comeback. But I always have faith in BI. In Kim, hanbin, we trust. I know you won’t be able to read this since you’re done with your WIN comments’ reaction for this ep. but I just want to put it out there.
