I love the Dwight storyline this episode, in fact I’m sure you guys are noticing that Dwight is having a really strong season this season. This is also the episode where my last drop of energy caring about any possible redemption for Andy ran out, the story is that Ed Helms actually had to leave The Office for a while because he was shooting one of The Hangover movies so they had to write him out so he could film those. As much as I love Ellie kemper (Erin), I think if Andy had gone with Erin it would have been a lot stronger of a storyline And can we give some credit to David Walrus, not only did he spend all that time working with Michael whilst also giving Michael respect, but to lower level workers like Dwight he is also very open minded, Dwight called him and prattled nonsense about a mailman and instead of getting angry or disciplining him, David just asked him not to call him on his cell phone anymore. I mean, can we just give him some appreciation?

The way i look at the Andy situation is that he's reverted back to season 3 Andy who was a self centered brown noser who once schemed and succeeded to get rid of Dwight. And now there's no one he really needs to suck up to or compete with anymore so its just him, focused on himself. There is definite noticeable intent with the writing to reverse some of the development he's had, but i can buy it.
