Thanks for checking this out for me =) loved the reaction. I wouldn’t have immediately clicked on this either apart from I stumbled upon of the trailers and had to see the evil Furby movie, my older sister had a Furby and it was really creepy. I think most 90s kids/millennials find these things creepy, I didn’t even think of Scott pilgrim but now definitely. The little cartoon things are done so that you kind of experience it as one of Katie’s movies so they definitely go high concept with it making it a little harder to follow but I really like it. The Furbys led me to the movie but Beck Bennet and Fred armisen hooked me and yeah, as much of a fan of Disney as I am I can’t go on pirates of the carrabean or small world because I’m afraid of the things coming to life and killing me. (To be honest I got terrified of the goosebumps episode with slappy the dummy as a kid (probably root of my automatonophobia) and used to cry and hide from the movie so of course my younger brother chose to torture me with it. Also the movie AI solidified my fears with how creepy him and his teddy bear were)
