If I recall, I think the showrunners said that this was supposed to be somewhat of a multiverse, and that's it really up to us as the viewer to choose what we think happens to Alpha Nadia and Alpha Alan. I think that at the end when the split screen combined into one at the festival, that both their timelines converged. There were also 2 Nadia's walking in the other direction, not sure what that was about. Maybe she didn't make it in every timeline? I really loved that in each of the two timelines we see here, the one that saves the other essentially saved themselves in the process too. I also appreciate that they did that little discreet costume adjustment to each character so we could follow the two timelines easier.

This is definitely one of those shows where the journey is the destination. Like in Solaris, if you're looking for answers you may lose your mind. Have you guys seen Solaris? The second Nadia makes me think the timelines didn't converge, that was just another Nadia like a reflection in a mirror or a pool. What I love most about this show is that it reminds me of stomping around the East Village in my college days. It's rare that a TV show "feels" as New York as this one does.
