This alchemist has been experimenting on pretty interesting field of science, which in this case involves potions of metamorphosis.
Not sure if this was his intent, but looks like the potion managed to not only change his race and gender to a human female, but also had the effect of changing him into a rubbery sex doll.

It's a dangerous job experimenting with things of this nature, but can't argue the results aren't occasionally pretty sexy.
Now for the antidote...if one even exists that is. Things of this nature can often be a bit on the irreversible side.
