Cool reaction, solid episode (for me), pretty gruesome too. BTW the Jane Does the doctor searched for were only related to the ones he treated, which is why not a ton of them showed up. The antagonist was definitely bad IMO. So I agree that if the doctor's version of events are accurate, he did the right thing in easing the girl's suffering. The antagonist was played by the late Billy Drago who is known for playing lots of bad guys in various movies and shows. His son also played the bank robber in the X-Files Groundhog Day episode "Monday", season six. Can't wait for the next one.
