Breaking Exclusive Report Thing (Patreon)

Sooooooo I wanted a way in which Victor and Rob could start interacting with pics so here's what I've come up with.

By sheer luck Rob ends up being interviewed by a certain blonde journalistic hippo and ends up on the evening news. Victor, in his suite catches this exclusive report about a strange mobian with self proclaimed "magic hands".

Perhaps there's a chance he might be on texting terms with said journalist and would like the number of the strange mobian she interviewed XD
