Femshep_x_EDI_Animation_Render_Test + Animation Plan (Patreon)

Here’s a little render test I did. This is just to make sure EDI’s skin transition effect looks good. I kinda think it looks better than expected. The transition effect allows EDI to be shown 50% as a robot and 50% as a human. I was concerned that robot smut may be too niche for some people, so the transition effect generally solves that concern and it looks super cool.

I should also explain my plan for this animation because I haven’t done that yet. So, I’m going to release this animation in 3 parts, like I usually do. Part 1 will be roughly 2:30 min long. Part 1 will feature some intro foreplay and dialogue, then a titjob and climax, then some outro dialogue to transition into part 2. Part 2 will feature 3 scenes/poses, each 1:00 - 1:30 min long. These scenes won’t be as complex as part 1, but they will feature dialogue and 1 or 2 climaxes. Part 3 will also feature 3 scenes/poses, each 1:00 - 1:30 min long, and an outro to the animation. I’m hoping to finish this project over the course of 3 - 4 months, which is a bit ambitious, but I think it’s possible.  

This project will be the first time I work directly with a VA, which I’m a bit nervous about. Usually, I’ve just used sound packs. I think I want one VA for both characters, that just makes things simpler for me, and it would allow the VA more creative control over the voice-over. Of course, I don’t want Shepard and EDI to sound the same, so I want a VA who can make her voice sound distinct, I haven’t chosen anyone yet. For the voices, Shepard will be low-toned and will be more horny/dirty in her dialogue, and EDI will be medium-toned and will be more analytical in her dialogue, but she’ll become more horny/dirty as the animation progresses. To animate the dialogue, I’m gonna use ai voice as a placeholder, and I’ll send the animation to be voiced by the VA when the full animation sequence is done. Then, once I get the voice-over, I’ll animate the lip-sync and render. 

The overall context behind the animation is that EDI has a new body, and she wants Shepard’s help in exploring its “special” features, and she wants to gather “data” so she can calibrate herself into a better sex partner. With the “calibration”, EDI will become more experienced, and engaged throughout the animation. The final sex pose will have EDI “take the lead” instead of Shepard. The features of EDI’s body include pleasure sensation, simulated body heat, ability to orgasm, etc. Shepard and EDI will comment on the features throughout the animation.
