I highly doubt that would be a real thing, it would probably be hentei and usually hentei are fucked up disgusting pieces of shit that nobody watches unless your weird. Besides Slice of Life might have lots of weird stuff depending on the slice of life, but seeing that idea become reality is like me saying how about we make an anime about having sex with lolis. We all know how bad and fucked up that idea is (Bico No Pico). The reason why i think thats a bad idea is because thats not the purpose of Umamusume being made, they only add those scenes for comedic reasons, and comedy can be very stupid even if its not funny.

(Sorry if this comments old) I mean they add that for Comedic reasons, why do yo think they add so much big boobies in anime, for Comedic reasons. You see we have grown to a different society where we are sick and tired of seeing the same thing we used to see in the past. Anyway Comedy can be really stupid even if its not funny.
