He's (one of) the protagonist of Resident Evil 2, 4, 6 and the remakes of 2 and 4. 😁 He's also in quite a few of the CG animated movies, and we won't mention the most recent live action one. 😂 This particular audio is homage to the Leon we see in the Remakes if 2 and 4 - which are incredible video games and you should check them out if you're into that sort of thing.
