Here is the .blend file for the walk cycle of Dark Elf Blader!
You can download the Cascadeur anim file that I made in this post attachment!
I did a lot of correction and tweaking on Blender side with Animation Layer addon so the Cascadeur's one is not looking the same as in Blender 😋

For the retargeting with ARP rigs, you can follow this guide there and it will works perfectly. Please pay attention to the Matching Rest Pose part. I will make a quick guide soon for this too. 😏
