So this isn't a spoiler and it's important to remember: When Gellus killed that stalker for Misa, he broke the number one rule mostly because that lifespan of the Shinigami gets transferred to the human that was saved. It's insane to imagine a human living to be like 160 years old, but it fits the narrative for Misa. Say Misa was gonna live until 50, well say because of Gellus she gained let's say 150 years. 200, halved from the first eye deal with Rem so now she'll live to 100, then halved again from Ryuk, so 50. So in the end making the eye deal both times balanced things out for the story so you're not thinking Misa should be dying any day now or anything.
