Y’all missed so many movie references in this episode lol. Sitwell was the hydra agent killed by Winter soldier, Von strucker was murdered by Ultron and worked with the scientist directly responsible for given Scarlet witch and Quicksilver their powers using the Loki’s spear(Mind stone), who was also in S2. It’s implied that Wanda and Pietro were in line for being the Detroyer of worlds. Von strucker would’ve actually accomplished his plan if it weren’t the Avengers intervening. Also Absorbing man was one of his first experiments, which makes Rubie his forth.

Thanks Rob for pointing out the fact that people have been robbing Daisy of her agency all fucking season. She was ready to part way with her friends, basically the only family she ever had, forever, just to make sure she isn’t responsible for the end of the world, Pat and Wellz talking about she is an agent and she has to be willing to sacrifice, that was her willing to do so right there, but Coulson forced her against her will back to the present. Then she returns and learns that her father-figure is about to die and is still constantly scared to death that one way or the other she gonna quake the planet. Of course she didn’t want her powers back, but Fitz, took that choice away from her in the most cruel way. I think you used the perfect word here, Fitz violated her, he drugged her, strapped her to a table and performed surgery on her while she was conscious in order to do the last thing she ever wanted. I do get how hype that Fitz plot twist was last episode but Daisy, pleading, crying and begging Fitz not do that shit was heartbreaking to watch. But Wellz says fuck her trauma smh. I actually love the fact that Daisy loved and respected Mack enough to let him make his own choice. And as far as turning their back on the team, Daisy ran away from the team, Fitz built a robot to shoot one of them so he could cut open another one... Not exactly the same thing.

Anybody who says Daisy is out of line for being furious about what happened to her can meet me outside. What Fitz did to her was wrong. Point and blank. He put her life in danger, operated on her without permission, possibly doomed the world to be cracked apart, shot Mack, held the team hostage, and nearly shot Simmons. He needs to be locked down until he can see a professional about his mental schism. He didn't even try to ask and explain to her that she needed her powers to seal the rift. Daisy was afraid of quaking the world (which can still happen) but she's not an idiot. She could've been reasoned with if he'd started by asking her instead of going straight for the Dr. Mengele route. Also, whenever people bring up Daisy leaving SHIELD at the end of S3 as if she turned traitor, I just roll my eyes. Daisy was forced into becoming a drug addict and hurt people including Mack, then watched her boyfriend of over a year die in front of her. So she quit her job at a semi-illegal government black ops organization to become a vigilante who uses direct action to help her people and clean up the streets. Anybody who likes the Punisher or Daredevil or Ghost Rider but craps on Daisy in S4 can have several seats, imo.

I hope that they come to realize the extent of Talbot's brain injury. The guy was shot in the head, isolated from the world, and tortured into submission. Understandably, he's going through some tragic shit right now.
