Balance of Power new page WIP 2 (Patreon)

Progress update, sketching complete as it needs to be, inking commences.

It's not dead I swear. Goal is page a month until it's finally friggen done. May not completely keep up with that pace but that's what I'm shooting for, no more of this glacial slowdown to one page spread a year.
