[Closed] Collecting Short Story Prompts for October 2024 (Patreon)

Once again I'm here to ask all of you for short story prompts! I'll take the more popular ones as decided by the number of hearts (or that I particularly like) in the comments and make a poll at the start of the month. The winner will be made into a short story of a thousand or so words.

Not many rules on what you can suggest at the moment. That will mostly be figured out as we go. Besides that, the short story will come out before the end of the next month.

Rules for prompts:

  • No NSFW (Patreon would get testy about that)

  • No prompts about anything directly related to my current stories (can't be something the MCs would come across)

  • Not doing depression or similar

  • You may post previously posted prompts as long as you credit the original person to suggest it if it wasn't you

  • A part 2 for any short story is going to be rare to non-existent

Story Prompt : Silly evil god of Fertility. The story of an evil god of fertility(Or a priestess of it with a team of adventurers; D&D style), whose main doctrine is to introduce the joys of pregnancy (gender bend + forced pregnancy) to everyone.

Story Prompt: Arcane Police respond to a bank robbery, in a urban fantasy setting with DnD-like magic system for both sides. So Divination, Wards, Illusions etc

Story Prompt: Friendly Fire The Magic School requires students to summon a beginner Familier. Many choose cats, some go for birds, that one girl chose a giant spider *shudder*, but our MC decides to go big or go home, and summons a Fire Elemental. Hilarity ensues.

Story Prompt: Industrial Leveling. 10 years ago the System had come, with it monster started to spawn and replicate. And now the system as come back to evaluate the planet and change the difficulty and level of the monster. But find all humans to be at/or next to max level achievable in a life time at the curent level of monster. It start to look why but find a guy, how juste reset its class to something else, go to a chop, pay 100, and then enter a room with a big glowy red bottom and just press it! [level up *25]

Hmm, I can write this story, but it feels like it would edge a little close to a few heavy topics, some of which could get me in trouble with Patreon. Thankfully I don't have to decide as you're other prompt got an equal amount of ♥s so I used Industrial Leveling instead. It would be a lot easier to write this with just gender bending and a evil god of change or some such. Not that I am against such stories. And yes, I know of many stories on Patreon which are quite spicy, but I'm a paranoid sort. If I was to write such things I would either create a new Patreon specifically for it or maybe even use a different platform entirely.
