Mathilda Weight Gain Progression (Patreon)

So I need some help deciding on something

I finished the third page of the comic, and this feels like the perfect time to conclude it the way I intend to; with Mathilda drinking pear juice that gives her a toon-ish pear shape with all the weight she's gained. Buuuuut I was also thinking she'd eat one more pie so she can get even BIGGER before becoming pear.
