I've seen these kinds of restraints a couple of times in movies and series, usually for executed prisoners, but I still don't know if they were ever actually used in real life.

Although I usually use this uniform for block D, which is made for debtors who must do forced labor in order to pay. The character also hadn't done it for a while so I hope you like it. c:
