And now for something different!

Here is a book cover I illustrated for the amazing science fiction adventure TECHNODIVERSITY, by Theodore Koukouvitis (also my DM and creator of several D&D item concepts!)

Technodiversity is about a girl's struggle to help the evolving machines of her world live together with humans in peace! I'd say it has a rather poignant ecological meaning, despite being about machines. 

The story takes place in the Improbable Future, a science fiction setting I helped develop.

In the book cover, the protagonist, Rem of the Recycle Canyon, is sharing a moment with some of the technocreatures of her world!

That’s pretty personal so don’t have to Answer was just curious about the relationship of artist and illustrators to Authors and publishing companies

It's complicated, though most artists work with individual project contracts, or freelance
