Hey heroes!

Each week on Discord, community members nominate other members' suggested items to be made into official Saddlebag items. The top two most voted-for item ideas each week get made, following back and forth workshopping and discussion.

Here are the randomly selected item ideas drawn from this week's nominations!

Ideas

1)  Foot Wraps of the Glacier Wanderer  — Foot wraps for a monk that give you cold resistance and make your unarmed strikes with your feet deal additional cold damage. You can spend ki points to cast the water walk on yourself.

2)  Quantumfly Blade  — A rapier with a butterfly guard that pulls instances of itself from other realities. On a hit, it deals extra psychic damage. You can expend charges to make extra strikes with it but be careful, though: you may suffer psychic damage yourself when doing so.

3)  Collapsing Cart  — A small wooden cart that can be quickly disassembled for easy transportation. You can speak its command word to have it transform into a 2-foot box or a full sized cart. You can also speak another command word to cast the minor illusion spell to change the appearance of the cart's contents.

4)  Festerwood Prosthesis  — A magical limb from a festerwood tree that can replace a missing limb, allowing you to use it as a functional limb and potent unarmed weapon. You can use shatter its amber pustules to increase its effectiveness.

5)  Mantle of Fiendish Resonance  — A hooded knee length leather cloak with fiendish runes and a cracked soul crystal as its clasp made for tieflings. Your darkvision is increased in distance, gain the ability to see through magical darkness, and can choose a layer of the hells to change the damage type your Legacy racial spells as well as your damage resistance.

6)  Metallurgist's Grip  — Designed by a metallurgist for safe use with caustic components, this heavy metal arm can be worn as a gauntlet or function as a prosthetic arm. It grants resistance to acid damage and a bonus to your AC. It can also simulate the effects of the haste spell, but you take acid damage while the effect lasts.

7)  Dagger Ice Greatshard  — A cold metal greatsword covered in a layer of ice from the Everglacier that releases a powerful blizzard from its blade whenever you score a critical hit with it. Once the blade's created 3 storms, its icy blade thaws for several days before its ice reforms.

8)  Silvercloud Bomb  — A silver, draconic bomb that explodes into a magical mist that behaves like a solid. You can use the mist to craft all sorts of solid shapes, like walls, sculptures, and more. A creature within the area of the bomb can attempt to escape its area with a successful save. Otherwise, it's trapped within the area.

9)  Venatio's Horn  — A brass horn bearing the images of gladiators battling great beasts. You can use it to create a special arena within a cylinder of your choice, which magically prevents a creature from leaving that space. You can also use the horn to summon a lion within the cylinder.
