The Capilla of Twin Fates — New Setting and Subclass! (Patreon)

Few people remember how or when the Capilla of Twin Fates was built. It was always “just there.” Perched atop a pair of breathtaking basalt pillars amid scrubby plains and salt deserts, the Capilla of Twin Fates looms ominously over the horizon, its twin bells visible for miles.

A small village of pit huts and longhouses named Gavia surrounds the pillars upon which the Capilla stands. Gavians, like the Capilla itself, lack origins. They all seem to possess disparate stories of how they came to Gavia and the Capilla. Furthermore, they treat both the bells as if they were dualistic gods of fate. Speaking ill of the bells in Gavia—or anywhere within a few dozen miles of the Capilla’s pillars—brings the ire of those closest to it.

The subclass for the setting is the new cleric domain: the Carillon! Toll the bells you carry and of the temples you visit on your adventures to hear the song of your chosen deity; no singular deity holds claim to this heraldic clerical domain, so your stories can be as varied as the sounds of the bells you care for! Your resonance releases thunderous and mentally anguishing waves that can level your foes, or sing sweet enchantments for your allies! With a host of flavorful and utilitarian spells and bonuses, you're well-equipped for the adventures ahead of you!
