My first thoughts on reading this, is that these would be a great accentuating piece for an NPC entertainers' group, using a number of wands as their instruments. It really fits the idea of a magical orchestra quite well. Alternatively, it could be used by a solo dancer / acrobat type individual to provide their own accompanying music. And that is why I love your work so much - it never fails to inspire creativity!
