Hey heroes!

Each week on Discord, community members nominate other members' suggested items to be made into official Saddlebag items. The top two most voted-for item ideas each week get made, following back and forth workshopping and discussion.

You may recognize some returning item suggestions! Items can be renominated and re-drawn for weekly polls following a week-long cooldown.

Here are the 7 randomly selected item ideas drawn from this week's nominations!

Ideas

1) Sunband A magical bracelet that radiates light. Based on its rarity, different effects happen, including turning the light into sunlight, damaging nearby fiends, and dispelling magical darkness.

2) Xorn Eye Coin — A golden coin with an emblem of an eye on either side. While holding it nearby precious gems, the eye opens into a gruesome eye and stares in the gem's direction.

3) Candle of Comfort — A magical candle that, while lit, heals creatures within its light for 1 hit point for every minute that it burns. After the candle is fully melted, eating the stub functions like a healing potion. It can burn for up to 1 hour before it's fully melted.

4) Pamphlet of Prayers — A small, leather-bound booklet that displays teachings from specific cleric domains or paladin oaths. Attuning to the booklet allows you to cast certain spells from those domains or oaths once a day.

5) Flame Feather Horn Bow — A horn bow decorated with phoenix feathers that can release various fiery ranged effects to enhance a shot arrow.

6) Potion Belt — A belt designed for quick access. Any potion held on the belt takes a bonus action to drink instead of an action, but comes at the risk of being destroyed by critical hits.

7) Chi-balancing Tea — A special, magical tea that ends the effects of charm, frightened, or madness on you, and if you're a monk, you regain a certain amount of ki points.

Thank you to everyone who submitted item ideas and nominated one on the Discord this past week! See you next time!
