Belly Slider | discussion (finally lol ) N$FW (Patreon)

this is probably my most requested type of slider since I've been making CC. I never had a way I could execute this in the best way so I never tried to do it.. but I did want to talk about how I'd plan it out since I'm feeling inspired to try to tackle it in a way

1st i'd plan for the belly slider to have different levels from smallest to largest based on type and size

small-medium sizes will be things like muffin tops and pudges. 






medium-large sizes will be for things like bigger bellies but not pregnant, like large ones with dips and just a more full round look not as outwards








large-XXL will be for really fat bellies with alot of folds and creases with belly button detail










3XL-4XXLarge will be for expanded pregnant sizes, the stuffed and inflated look + belly button detail option..we all know pregnant bellies do not get as big as we want them to be even if your sim has a little body fat it always looks fairly small and i want unrealistic sizes that says SOMETHING IS IN THERE. i know we can't technically adjust pregnant sims but at least the look i will try to make happen so that when they are pregnant that EA shape won't be as noticeable under mine. 








i do want to add the belly ring charms and belly buttons like in the pics above i really like that and it would probably have to be a top or accessory add-on more than likely.. but details like those are something I really want to make happen in CAS somehow I'll figure it out

I'd also have to figure out how my boob slider will sit on top of the belly slider..big massive breasts and a big massive belly have to work in harmony lol so there will probably need to be a torso adjustment with the belly too

i do want all the belly shapes to flow with my hips legs and butt sliders. so they will have the similar aesthetic. my hip + thigh sliders were designed with the future belly slider in mind to kinda help shape the body frame more anyway..(this was already in a future plan) but keep in mind that body fat does affect how these will look on the sim body but hopefully with my slider you can have these looks even without much body fat for the inflation look if you choose. 

I don't want to overcomplicate this but I don't want it to be super simple neither. I know players don't want super huge bellies and maybe a muffin top but I also know alot of us DO, so I'm going to try to plan multiple sizes that don't overlap and are not default replacements so already made sims are not affected

my only issue i feel like would be the slider overlapping for sim bodies that work with certain clothes meshes and since sims doesn't have a snap in place type of skeleton it's hard to do that without making custom clothing meshes that fit each slider. thats way beyond my skillset at the moment* but as tops on their on or presets I believe it's a way to get the look without it being too troublesome in CAS as a 1 click option.
