With a new chapter, some new coloring techniques.

I've changed Loona's darker fur to be a little more accurate to the show design. I changed the texture I use for backgrounds to be a little less obvious. I've added a white glow around characters when they're breaching panels or have a complicated background around them (something I saw that the art for One Piece does, so I wanted to give it a go). And the pages are now a bit smaller (going from 1320x2040px to 990x1530px).
